Class Cancellation Policy:
To ensure smooth operation and fair access to classes for all our members, we kindly request that you cancel your class reservation at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled class time. 

• Late Cancellations:
  Any cancellations made less than 4 hours before the start of the class will be considered late cancellations. Late cancellations may result in a penalty fee or the forfeiture of the class credit.

• How to Cancel:
  You can cancel your class reservation through our website or mobile app. Simply navigate to your scheduled classes and select the option to cancel. Please ensure that you receive a confirmation of cancellation.

• Exceptions:
  We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, please reach out to our team as soon as possible to discuss your situation.

• Memberships are

  Entitled to the 4-hour class cancellation window. If a class is cancelled 4 hours before the start of the class, a $15 late cancellation/ $20 no show fee will be automatically charged to your account.
